Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Van Weelde Vastgoed, located in The Hague and registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

Article 1 – Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Service provider: Van Weelde Vastgoed.
• Client: the natural or legal person who has given Van Weelde Vastgoed an assignment.
• Assignment: the agreement between client and service provider.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, activities, agreements, and deliveries of services by or on behalf of Van Weelde Vastgoed.

Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.

Article 3 – Execution of the assignment

Van Weelde Vastgoed will carry out the assignment to the best of its knowledge and ability. Van Weelde Vastgoed reserves the right to have certain work performed by third parties.

Article 4 – Commission and costs

The commission and any additional costs are agreed upon in writing in advance. All amounts quoted are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Article 5 – Liability

Van Weelde Vastgoed is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. The liability of Van Weelde Vastgoed is at all times limited to the amount of the commission.

Article 6 – Complaints

Complaints about the work performed must be reported in writing to Van Weelde Vastgoed within 14 days of discovery.

Article 7 – Applicable law

All agreements between Van Weelde Vastgoed and the client are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
