Introduction

During the initial meeting, we get to know the client and set a realistic goal based on their preferences. After that, you have the option to immediately enter into a relocation agreement. Next, the search for the ideal home can begin.

Agreement

After the initial meeting, an agreement is drawn up if you wish to use our service. The agreement outlines the arrangements and tasks to be carried out. Once the agreement is signed, we get to work for you!

Selection

Van Weelde vastgoed selects properties that match your preferences. If you’re interested, our back office will schedule an appointment with the rental agent. Next, we visit the property together.

Proposal

De woning is precies waar u naar opzoek bent. Van Weelde vastgoed submits a proposal to the rental agent. This is always done in consultation with the client first. If you agree, the proposal will be sent to the rental agent.

Acceptance / Rejection

The rental agent agrees to the terms, and you are assigned as the tenant. The rental agreement is drawn up, and we review the terms together. After approval, you sign the agreement, and the property is officially yours. If the property is not assigned, we continue the search together.

Check in

After the rental agreement is signed and all obligations are met, it’s time for the check-in and key handover. During the check-in, van Weelde vastgoed prepares a report with photos and a description of the property. Any defects and/or remarks are recorded in the report to prevent misunderstandings later on.

The meter readings are also recorded, so we can assist you with setting up the utilities.

Completion

After the key handover has taken place, we are of course available to answer any final questions and support you wherever needed.
